Job Descriptions:

responsible for business strategies and execute business initiatives as requested by the Headquarter, which ranges from internal operational management to specialized situations which could range from M&A, financing, investments, etc.

Originate M&A initiatives; partner with business leaders to brainstorm Group-wise strategic finance issues and come up with solutions which best fit the Group

Develop solutions and processes for any financial or operational issues facing the Group, along with various Business / Finance leaders

Coordinate various projects internally with the Group's finance leaders and partners, and also externally with consultants and advisors

Responsible for organizing business review and investment meeting

Ad hoc projects as required

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of working experience in either investment banking, corporate finance or consultancies

CPA and CFA qualifications is an advantage

Good communication skills in Mandarin and English

Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
