Responsibilities:

This successful candidate needs to assist the department head to supervise a small team to execute daily settlement of treasury products such as fixed income, fund, structure deposit and other derivatives. In addition, the right talent has to handle system enhancement projects from time to time.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Business, Accounting or related discipline;
• Minimum 10 years of experience in treasury settlement or related areas, of which 3 years at least at supervisory level;
• Familiar with local and overseas settlement system/practices such as CCASS;
• Good knowledge of SWIFT, RTGS or other related systems;
• Understanding of trade respository reporting of HKMA (“TR”) and collateral management;
• Familiar with SFO and related regulatory requirements;
• Attention to details, mature, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
• Good leadership and supervisory skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua speaking is definite an asset;
• Short trip to the PRC for system projects may be required;
• Candidate with less experience can be considered as Assistant Manager
