Job Description

Responsibility:

Lead the team that is responsible for client documentation mailing and data maintenance in core banking system for client portfolios, counterparties and agents
Participate in process reviews and implement workflow improvements to increase productivity, improve quality and manage operational risk
Work with Legal and Compliance and other stake holders on client account documents archival requirements and ensure compliance with regulatory controls and internal Bank policies
Responsible for reviewing exception reports where applicable and working with team in ensuring all process gaps are covered
Ensure quality service is provided to internal clients i.e. Relationship Managers / Marketing Assistants, etc.

Requirements:

Degree holder and/or minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
People management experience is a Must
Private banking experience is a Must
Sound knowledge of regulatory & general Banking compliance policies & guidelines
Good knowledge of account documentation process / filing / archival process within the Private Banking environment
Good process management skills
