Our client is a newly established Hong Kong Asset Management firm with Headquarters in Singapore. They are looking for an Operations Officer to join their expanding business in Hong Kong. It is a role with all round exposure in small team setting.  

Job duties:

• Conduct anti-money laundering checking procedures, Know-Your-Client procedures, fund subscription and redemption application
• Perform NAV reconciliation on fund and managed accounts;
• Manage and review regulatory of daily fund operations; and
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and management meetings

 
 Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accountancy or related disciplines
• 2-3 years of working experience in fund accounting experience
• Experience in Accounting/Operations
• Understanding to private equity investment, corporate actions, trade settlements          
• Good communication skills in Chinese and English
• Independent, self-disciplined, attentive to details, strong sense of responsibility
