Job Description
Duties:
- Handle licensing applications and prepare related documentation
- Communicate with regulators, e.g. SFC, HKMA and HKEX, etc.
- Conduct compliance review and provide recommendations
- Develop/review compliance (or other related) policies and procedures
- Develop or conduct compliance training
- Advise on compliance and related issues
Requirements:
- University graduate with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Familiar with HKMA and/or SFC requlatory requirements and practical applications
- Self-motivated and proactive team player
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
