Job Responsibilities:

• Handle Purchase Order follow-up and assist in analyzing sales performance.
• Monitor the delivery schedule and coordinate with product development team and suppliers to meet the retailer’s requirements.
• Assist in sample handling, order and shipping data input and liaise with US clients as required.
• Work with customers and suppliers to problem solve independently.
• Maintain detailed records of the Purchase Orders so that all parties can track status and follow up.
  

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above, Degree holder preferred.
• At least 3 years’ solid experience in Toys/Electronics industry as a merchandiser.
• Experience in sizeable Buying office selling to major retail accounts (Wal-Mart, TRU, Target, etc.) is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook is a must.     
• Self-motivated, with strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure.
• Well organized, with good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Able to work well within a team.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Stationed in Hong Kong with occasional travel to China.
• The Merchandiser will report to the Merchandising Supervisor in the HK Office.

Candidates with less experience will be considered for a Merchandising Clerk position
