Responsibilities:

• Handle sales enquirers and order process
• Support the team in sales activities and ad hoc projects as assigned
• Communicate with clients
• Data entry on ERP system / quotation of clients
• Process day-to-day general office duties

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• 2-3 years of sales co-ordinator experience
• With Import/Export shipping experience is preferred
• PC skills in MS Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
• Good communication of English and Mandarin
• Mature, well-organized, self-motivated
• Able to work independently and under pressure
