Job Description:

• Assist the Senior Construction Manager in supervising construction to handover and completion;
• Project administration and supervision of the design build contractor;
• Assist in vetting of submissions prepared by the contractor;
• Carry out inspections of ABWF installations;
• Proactively monitor the project health and safety performance;
• Contribute to the project reporting in respect of the progress, quality and health and safety of the project;
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in Civil / Structural / Construction / Building Engineering or related disciplines
• Qualified member of HKIE or CIOB is preferable
• 10 years relevant experience with at least 3 years site experience on large-scale building projects. Industrial or Data Centre experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Proven leadership and contractual awareness
• Excellent planning and organizing skills and experience working as part of a consulting team.
• Can be Client facing and has experience working within a multi-cultural team, with good communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
