A medium-sized Contractor is engaged major in local building construction and addition & alternation works.

Location : Kowloon Bay

Responsibilities

• Ensure correspondence and records in connection with contract receipts and payment
• Measure work done of Sub-Contractors
• Preparation of Sub-Contractors’ Final Account
• Prepare cost / valuation comparisons

Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or other related engineering disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a Quantity Surveying ;
• Experienced in the construction of government, building project or A&A works;
• Excellent problem solving , analytical and negotiation skills;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Well-versed in MS Office; and
• Good command of English and Chinese

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
