Chevalier (Construction) Company Limited, a subsidiary of Chevalier Group, is now inviting high calibre persons to apply for this position. 

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Management in handling current and new projects
• Monitor site progress and quality control of projects including but not limited to project cashflow, contractual and safety issues
• Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure all procedures are in compliance with statutory requirements 

Requirements

• Degree in Building / Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Chartered membership of HKIE / MICE / IStructE / CIOB will be an advantage
• 10 years post-qualification experience in project management preferably gained from main contractors, with at least 3 years in management level
• Hands on experience in handling building / fit-out / A&A projects and well versed in regulations of Building Department
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
