- Higher Diploma in civil engineering with 8 years post-qualification experience in supervision of major foundation or civil works; or
- Degree or above in civil engineering with 4 years post-qualification experience in supervision of major foundation or civil works;
- Applicant with less experience will be considered as Sub-Agent.
