Job Duties

• Assist and support the Project Manager in all aspect of project administrative and coordination work
• Perform project manpower record keeping and tender overloading checking for project team
• Closely liaise and coordinate with internal staffs to ensure quarterly updating of manpower completed on time
• Assist to monitor and report project financial status
• Prepare monthly project reports and summary
• Manage and perform tracking on timesheet management of project team staffs
• Handle confidential documents, correspondences, records and maintain filing system
• Support in preparation of report and presentation of civil projects
• Perform ad-hoc supporting task as requested

Requirements

• DSE or above
• 1-2 years working experience preferably in Engineering industry
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook) and general computer knowledge
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, work independent and problem-solving skills, detail-minded
• Immediate available is preferred
