• Corporate Membership of HKIS or equivalent;
• At least 5 years’ relevant post-qualification experience in quantity surveying in civil engineering works for Senior Quantity Surveyor and 2 years’ relevant post-qualification experience for Quantity Surveyor
• Knowledge of NEC is advantages. 
• Good communication skills and good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
