Chevalier (E & M Contracting) Limited, a subsidiary of Chevalier Group, is now inviting high calibre persons to apply for this position:

Responsibilities

• Handle contracts' measurement, valuation and cost control  
• Prepare all aspects of past contract quantity surveying works for fitting out contracts
• Responsible for tendering, procurement, payment application, payment certification and variation submission
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned  

Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• 1-3 years relevant experience in Building Services Engineering Industry
• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in PC applications (e.g. MS Excel, Words, PowerPoint etc)
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Station in Macau if necessary

Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Quantity Surveying Assistant
