Responsibilities

• Site monitoring, quality control and project planning of all building services related trades
• Experience for A&A works / civils works / drainage works - installation of underground drainage, irrigation pipes, WDS pipeworks, power cables
• Experience with liaising, coordinating and submission of all statutory / government departments advantageous
• 10 years' working experience in Main Contractor and experience of Theme Park is preferable
• High standards of safety compliance
• Must be able to work as part of a team or independently if required
• Stable working record

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Building Services or equivalent
• At least 8 years practical experience in site coordination work of Building Services and Builder's works
• Good leadership and communication skills, able to work with people at all levels
• Ability to coordinate CSD, schematic MEP drawings in CAD format
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Less experiences will be considered as Assistant Building Services Engineer
• Immediate availability is preferred
