Responsibilities

• Manage all projects within your scope with required professional conduct
• Manage overall planning – project management and coordination of projects
• Manage site staff / team.  Plan staffing activities for each site
• Liaise with Government Departments where necessary.  Good knowledge of BD regulations, statutory authority regulations, licensing, utility companies a must
• High standard of Safety/Quality/Environmental compliance
• Strong leadership and management skills.  Able to work independently
• Knowledge of Alteration & Addition Works and Demolition Works for BD approved retail and commercial and retail projects

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Studies or Civil / Structural Engineering
• Memberships of relevant professional institutions - MCIOB / MHKIE / MRICS / MHKIA is preferred but not essential
• 7 years relevant experience in Civil and / or fit-out projects and building alteration and additional works
• Good knowledge of Building Ordinance
• A minimum of Technically Competent Person Grade 4 Level (TCP4) for Project Manager
• Experience in New Build / A&A Projects
• Strong management skills
• Good communication and report writing skills
• Able to work under pressure and communicate effectively to all stakeholders
