Roles and Responsibilities

• Studying and analyzing urban planning and design related systems and strategies. 
• Producing some drawings, maps, presentations and reports. 
• Carrying out planning studies and reports in support of new and updated plans, programs and regulations.
• Developing the team structure and contributing the urban planning and design process.

Requirements  

• Degree holder in Surveying / Real Estate / Urban Studies;
  
• Minimum 2 years’ postgraduate experience in the urban planning, urban design or related field; position level will be commensurate with candidate’s experience;
  
• Good analytical, proactive and problem solving skills;
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  
• Proficient in Chinese and English;
  
• For Senior position, experience in the project management / leading multi-disciplinary team and urban design projects are advantage;
  
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office and Sketch-up.
