Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for research of seasonal themes and inspirations for womenswear and menswear
• Responsible for design direction & development for womenswear and menswear
• Support our ASIA merchandise teams in relations to design, capsule collection development, presentations, gap and express business
• Creating & drawing collections / tech packs
• Ensure that Asia Retail Analysis is completed and sent out on time
• Ensure that the full process of the fabric books is completed, and ready to be presented at our ASIA Strategic Sourcing Seminars
• Ensure that all R&D tools and tasks are followed, presented and executed in timely manner according to agreed deadlines
• Responsible for approval of all fabrics, trimmings, styling, fitting and samples
• Motivated by sourcing new fabrics & trimmings
• Constantly researching for the latest tendencies & trend
• Proficiency in English presentation of design concept and product to customer.
• Experienced with European buyer is preferred
• Occasional travel is required

Job Requirements:

• Degree graduate in Fashion & Textiles
• At least 5 years working experience in Fashion field 
• Global design knowledge and experience 
• Passionate and creative for Research and Development 
• Hard working and always up-to-date with latest international fashion trends   
• Highly structured with a good eye for aesthetics  
• Self-motivation, enthusiasm & passion, capable, good team player
• More Experience will consider to be Senior Designer
• Excellent in both PC and Adobe programs; Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop
• Proficient in 3D design software is an advantage 
• Fluent in English - oral & written
• Strong Presentation skills
• Immediately Available Preferred
