Location:

Hong Kong, Shenzhen

Responsibilities:

• Assist in project management duties related to the Research and Development projects and ensure smooth progress and effective cooperation among all stake-holders, including but not limited to day-to-day management, periodic follow-up, evaluation and feedback, etc;
• Relationship building and maintenance, be responsible for establishing contacts with associations, organizations, committees and alliances in academia;
• Work closely and liaise with various departments in the Company and key stakeholders to execute regular academic event and campus activities;
• Provide full support on university relationship duties and tasks upon requested;
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

Qualification:

• Degree holder or above in Engineering, Business Administration or related professional disciplines;
• Solid writing skills, familiarity with formal documents, project reports;
• Ability to conduct project discussions with professors or researchers to discuss key points and programs of cooperation, implement the contents of the cooperation in the negotiation, and specify contract provisions;
• Strong project management skills and business negotiation skills;
• Proficient knowledge in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, well-organized, responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn, independent, detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
