The Role:

• Supervise and monitor the performance of the workforce of Preventive Maintenance Services Section and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance work is in compliance with relevant regulations, operating procedures and requirements.
• Plan, schedule and implement the inspection and maintenance programme of aboveground gas installations
• Perform data analysis to improve service quality and gas safety
• Provide technical support and solutions
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints
• Maintain efficient communication and co-ordination with various internal parties and external stakeholders
• Promote gas safety to general public

The Person:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering or relevant disciplines
• 1-2 years’ relevant work experience is preferred; Fresh graduate in engineering discipline will also be considered
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, team player and highly motivated
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is preferable
• Proficiency user in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Customer service experience will be an advantage
