This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Manager, Planning on managing quality issues
• Develop the require Quality Plan and the necessary actions to ensure the team follows strictly in accordance with the plan
• Review and approve all quality manuals and quality plans submitted by the consultant or contractor
• Conduct all necessary quality audit on consultant or contractors
• Identify process improvement opportunities, develop and implement the improvement plans to enhance the team’s efficiency and effectiveness
• Review and update departmental procedures as needed
• Prepare progress update and presentation materials for management requirements

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or related disciplines with at least 10 years' relevant experience, of which minimum 4 years' experience in project management in sizable corporations
• Professional qualification in related disciplines gained from recognized professional bodies is required
• Solid experience in management of quality for design and/or construction works
• Self-motivated, proactive, hardworking and result-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project management software tools
• Holder of a valid HK driving license (Class 1, 2) is preferred
