Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing project tender by developing quality BIM drawings and models
• Modify and update BIM deliverables for construction projects
• Liaise with internal and external parties for coordination of BIM matters
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Architectural Studies / Construction Management / Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Practical experience in using BIM software is highly preferred
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge in Putonghua will be an advantage
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of BIM Modeller
