Responsibilities:

• Assist supervisors to handle daily operating documents, fitting-out and routine maintenance works
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for daily maintenance and fitting-out works
• Handle ad hoc tasksor assignment as required

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• 1 - 2 years’ relevant experience in maintenance of building services
• Proficiency in MS applications and AutoCAD
• Responsible, well-organized and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written English and Chinese
