Responsibilities:

• To drive a maintenance team to solve technical fault and perform both corrective maintenance and preventative maintenance; and new projects, in the steam of building services and builders work, such as MVAC, Electrical, Plumbing& Drainage, Fire Services system, ELV, medical gas, pneumatic tube,  Experience of MVAC in hospital installation is preferable;
• Posse hands-on experience in hospital installation and license requirements;
• Monitor and supervise kinds of preventive maintenance and performance of staff and contractors;
• Sound skills in staff management and solving conflicts;
• Lead the technical supervisor;
• Attend emergency calls, perform off-site on call duties and work on irregular hours including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays when and as needed;
• To write technical report and analysis system usage and failures
• Performs related duties as assigned by Head of Department;

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services or Mechanical Engineering;
• Minimum 10 years’ working experience in engineering sectors, with not less than 5 years in hospital or ASD construction projects; with experience of specialized ventilation, critical electrical system, medical gas pipeline system;
• Have uncompromising integrity, strong sense of responsibility and good supervisory skills to co-ordinate the works and communicate with all personnel involved in the works;
• Well organized and detail-minded with good project execution;
• Able to assess and monitor construction programme, site quality and progress;
• Familiar with BS specifications;
• Self-motivated with desire to learn and adequate emotional quotient to adapt to quick changes;
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Working experience in new development / redevelopment / addition & alteration improvement / maintenance works of hospital;
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese, and report writing skills;
