We are looking for talent for the following post for a Premium Logistics Centre Project at Hong Kong International Airport.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision of the Foundation and Building Works to be carried out in accordance with the contract requirements and good engineering practice.
• Assist the Project Manager and Assistant Construction Manager in contract administration.
• Monitor the performance and progress of contractors.
• Liaise with the client and the project team on all site matters.
• Attend site progress and related meetings.
• Carry out any other duties as directed by the Project Manager / Assistant Construction Manager.
• Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Civil/Structural Engineering discipline or equivalent  
• Corporate Member of Hong Kong Institute of Engineers or equivalent
• At least 5 years relevant resident site management experience in building or infrastructure projects
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Fluent in spoken Mandarin will be an advantage
