Responsibilities

• Lead regular reviews and collaboration with customer and operations to ensure overall delivery schedule
• Drive and track closure on any production issues that impact delivery
• Ability to drive solutions across multiple cross-functional teams, and the supply chain
• Lead reviews of product readiness for developmetn builds and production ramp
• Managing all operations-related communications, upward and downward through the organization; escalating keg issues and present options for resolution to the cross-functional eecutive teams
• Continue to refine project management tools and processes to improve efficiency within and between teams

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Engineering or a Supply Chain/Operations discipline

• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation
• Committed to work under high time/deliverable pressure with solid results
• 2 years of industry experience in one or more of the following disciplines: New Product Introduction / Supply Chain / Manufacturing Operations
• Ability to create and deliver presentations for executive audiences
• Excellent spoken & written English, good in Cantonese and Mandarin
• Station in China is required
