Responsibilities:

• For Consultant, support sales team in technical pre-sales solutions across sites/regions and after-sales service team to resolve customer enquiry after project delivery
• Identify customer’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirements to derive solutions which include but not limited to global deployments solution design and deliverable
• Provide technical support in sales presentations, customer meetings, and trade shows business and market expertise
• For Manager, manage multi-site and multi-regional Data Center Services deployments, vendor relation and performance
• Lead new and existing customer installations, working cross-functionally to deliver required services
• Develop deployment schedules for flawless execution and identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans to keep projects on schedule

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering / Network / IT related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Pre-sales and Telecom / Consultation/ Colocation industries. Minimum 5 years for Manager.
• Solid experience in Data Center infrastructure/servicing, Project management and vendor management
• Excellent written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Occasional Travel is required
