Responsibilities:

• Report to the head of Facility Management.
• Lead a technical team and contractors in a Grade A office building to carry out preventive maintenance and improvement works for all of its building & building service systems for achieving excellent system performance and energy efficiency.
• Responsible for tender estimation, formulation, coordination and execution of works.
• Follow works orders and reports.
• Monitor and supervise contractors’ performance.
• Project management for addition & alternation work and Capex works.
• Handle and resolve tenants’ complaints or enquiries in relation to technical issues.
• Prepare for Financial forecasting / budgeting.
• Plan and oversee building work / renovation.
• Advise on energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure the building and facilities meet government regulations, environmental, health and safety requirements and all works comply with legislations.
• Respond to emergencies and urgent issues.     

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• Corporate Member of HKIE, CIBSE, IMechE or equivalent
• Holder of Electrical Worker B0 Certificate or above
• Minimum 10 years solid experience in building operation and maintenance of Grade A commercial building gained in property management company or developer
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Pro-active, strong customer service focus and able to work independently
• Good team player with excellent leadership and people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands
