Job Description

Responsibilities:

Carry out service provisioning, fault isolation, record fault symptom and prepare report
Monitor network performance and status, perform network maintenance and system upgrade
Support on deployment of Node & Pop Network setup
Participate in projects and coordinate with vendors for on-time project deliverance
Prepare Test Plan, conduct the test and produce test report for network deployment project

Requirements:

Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related disciplines. Possess any certifications of CCNP, JNCIS, JNCIP, ITIL will be an added advantage
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experiences
Working knowledge on IP and MPLS routing, VPN and Load Balancing and knowledge about Cloud, CDN, SDN, NFV TACACS+, RADIUS, SNMP
Excellent written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Occasional travel is required
