Job Description

knowledge of CAD/CAM circuit design, and proficient with MS Office suite tool (exposure to schedule software such as Microsoft Project or similar).

-used to work under ISO procedures.

-experience managing subcontracted production in multiple OEM manufacturers.

-good knowledge of toy manufacturing process, especially mass manufacturing of small toys.

-familiar with European & USA safety standards for toys (EN71, ASTM), and in arranging pre-shipment quality inspections with third parties.

-familiar with factory audits.

-good understanding of production processes and manufacturing capabilities, and strong knowledge of practices and procedures to effectively resolve all types of workflow issues.

-a problem-solver with hands-on attitude, a team player, able to have smooth working relations with multiple departments.
