Responsibilities

• Handle contracts' measurement, valuation and cost control  
• Prepare all aspects of past contract quantity surveying works for fitting out contracts
• Responsible for tendering, procurement, payment application, payment certification and variation submission
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• 3-5 years relevant experience
• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in PC applications (e.g. MS Excel, Words, PowerPoint etc)
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
