Responsibilities:

• Assist restaurant manager and manage the performance of the team in daily operation
• Motivate and monitor the team to provide excellent service to our customers and to achieve company’s sales targets
• Ensure that all dining staff are informed of the restaurant’s policies, procedures and are knowledgeable about daily specials and menu items
• Handle restaurant setup including floor, table and decorations
• Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and that tableware and silverware are properly in place and clean
• Check table settings, correct layout and cleanliness of equipment
• Provide superior customer services, handle customer’s enquiries, feedback and complaint handling
• Take guest order and make delivery if necessary

Requirements:

• Passion, determination and commitment for success in F&B industry
• Strong business sense and operational, administrative and social skills
• At least 2-3 years working experience in Food and Beverage industry, and at supervisory level in restaurants with proven management skills and leadership
• Presentable, customer service-oriented, pleasant personality and good communications skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, people management skills and problem solving skills
• Self-organized and detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese
