Responsibilities:

• To assist in month-end closing for Hong Kong and China units
• Work closely with accounting teams of the manufacturing plants to ensure all transactions are recognized timely and accurately
• Prepare day-to-day sales and purchase reports, and other routine reports
• To assist in standard costing calculation, review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies
• Monitor inventory analysis, valuation and physical stock-taking
• Ensure all accounting policies and procedures are properly implemented

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or related discipline
• At least 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing field, with costing experience preferred
• Knowledge in PRC accounting, taxation and customs is an advantage
• Self-motivated, well-organized, independent and with good analytical mind
• Good command in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Occasional travel to our PRC manufacturing plants is required
• Able to work immediately and under pressure
