Job Responsibilities: 

• User support for Windows Infrastructure with 30+ users in a prompt and professional attitude
• Manage and administrate user and email accounts, activities and access to the system
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software and network issues
• Event Management supports by setting up rooms, computing/presentation equipment, and video conference
• Provide in-house assistance to CRM and accounting applications
• Manage telecom equipment and devices
• Uphold the integrity of business continuity with proper Data Backup and abide the Disaster Recovery plan
• High alert and sensitivity in Data security and privacy

 Job Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• At least 3 years relevant in IT operations and network infrastructure administration
• Knowledge of Office 365 administration is required
• Knowledge of PHP, Web hosting, and MySQL is a plus
• Right working attitude with strong communication and inter-personal skills
• A good team player and willing to work outside office hours
• Efficient in Crises Management, knowledge of Configuration/Change Management
• Competencies in making effective decisions and furnishing qualitative solutions
• Managing deliveries at pace
• Contributing towards the mission wide activities
