Responsibilities:

• Answering issues and requests in the areas of desktop computing, applications, networking
• Windows server, Email server, IP cam and system backup management and maintenance
• Set up PCs / Notebook with the required software and network access
• Relocation for desktop items and maintains the correct inventory record
• Keep users informed on request status and progress. And update the cases to superior
• Give assistance on IT Project
• IT stuff purchasing
• IT document management

Requirements:

• High diploma or above in IT technology or related discipline
• 1 - 2 year working knowledge of IT; including networking, hardware, operating systems and ERP
• Good experience in Windows PC & Server’s Hardware/Software installation, maintenance and upgrade
• Knowledge in support Windows OS / MS Office / Outlook / Windows Server 2008 / Exchange Server and Anti-Virus server
• A strong sense of responsibility, user oriented, detail oriented and teamwork
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fresh graduates will be considered
• Immediate available preferred
