Job Description
Major Duties:
- Provide first-level support in computer software and hardware
- Provide problem analysis/ fixing, answering hotlines and services request
- Handle on-site hardware and software installation
- Provide support on video conference
- Shift-duties will be required on operation need
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirement:
- Foundation diploma/ Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or above
- 1 year or above relevant experience in IT Helpdesk Support
- Hands-on experience in Windows support & technical support
- Knowledge in Networking is a must
- System Backup operation and Lotus Notes support will be an advantaged
- Good communication in English
- Good communication skill and willing to teamwork
- Less Working experience will also be considered.
