Responsibilities:

• Manage IT projects for EFSG (Emperor Financial Service Group)
• Develop project plan and define project scope, schedule and budget
• Work closely with the internal and external resources, different stakeholders to ensure the project are delivered within timeline, scope and budget
• Maintain project documentation
• Examine operational feasibility by performing analysis, problem definition, solution development, and propose solutions
• Manage vendors/development team on system implementation with quality deliverables
• Report project status to steering committee on regular basis

Requirements:

Technical Skills and knowledge

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 12 years of experience in application development / system business analyst / project management (financial institutions is a plus)
• Technical knowledge on web / database application development
• Experience in MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle database and well-versed in SQL
• Knowledge in data warehouse and BI reporting platform such as Tableau
• Knowledge in FX / bullion trading and payment gateway
• Knowledge in real-time financial trading systems (such as MT4) and CRM systems
• Certified PMP will be an advantage
• Familiar with project management methodology including Agile, DevOps is an added advantage but not a must

Soft Skill

• Strong vendor & stakeholder management, flexible and ability to learn and challenge
• Strong communication (both spoken and written English and Chinese), interpersonal skills and a good team player
• Self-motivated, independent, diligent and able to work under pressure
