My client is looking for Manager for application development.

Job Duties: 

•    Plan, monitor and control the assigned projects/tasks in the capacity of a functional lead.
•    Supervise the subordinates.
•    Carry out the necessary user requirements analysis, business process re-engineering/improvement and system design in the areas of Accounting, HR, DMS, Data Warehouse, Digital solutions, etc.
•     Manage the outside vendors and contractors, where applicable.
•   Prepare to work 30% project management, 70% hands-on in following detail occurred in SDLC.

Job Requirements:

•   Should be over 15 years experience in application development, Current package less than HK$800000/year should not apply.
•   You should have worked or now working in big organisation to handle big scale of projects and have worked directly with all levels of team members.   Candidate with PMO should not be applied.
•   The Main domain knowledge can be better in education sector.
•     Preferably, the candidate should have worked in a consulting capacity in one of the leading consulting companies for 2 - 4 years.  
•   Multi-projects in digital solution experience are most welcome.
