Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management reports and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
• Monitor budgeting, forecasting as well as variance analysis and tax planning
• Support annual audits
• Prepare consolidated financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries
• Enhance and implement internal control procedures
• Oversee the cash flow and financial instruments
• Evaluate data pertaining to costs in order to plan budgets
• Participate in Ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant with degree in Accounting/Finance or business related discipline
• At least 5 years’ solid relevant experience, of which at least 3 years in similar position
• Well versed in HK & PRC tax and accounting rules and regulations
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, independent, responsible and good communication skills
• Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work under pressure
• Willing to travel occasionally
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Factory experience is an advantage
