Responsibilities:

• Manage business requirements gathering, analysis and documentation on IT projects
• Liaise with business users, technical team and vendors to manage and monitor system development progress well address business needs and schedules
• Work closely with business users and technical team to drive user testing exercises including UAT test plan, Scripts, User Guide etc.
• Develop and review users requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to a proposed solution

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis
• Knowledge in R Experience in ERP, CRM, HR or property management system is an advantage would be an advantage
• Experience in project management, preferably with PMP and / or AgilePM qualifications
• Sound PC knowledge including MS office tools, project planning tools
• Knowledge in Windows Server, Microsoft .Net, MS SQL will be an advantage
• Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
• A good team player, independent, self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of spoken and report writing skill in English and Chinese
• Candidates with more experience and qualification will be considered as Senior Business Analyst
