We’re seeking a talented Project Manager who will be responsible for planning and managing multiple, concurrent projects related to the successful roll out of our CPaaS-based and OTT solutions. We’re looking for a self-motivated and organized leader who can prioritize well, can communicate clearly and compellingly, work across distributed teams with a strong customer obsession and a high bar on quality and execution

Responsibilities:

• Providing project planning and management for established initiatives
• Oversee all activities in a project life-cycle (define project plans, manage implementation activities, and develop processes, documentation and communications for project rollout and ongoing support)
• Demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end, and ensuring that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame
• Coordinate directly with clients and stakeholders to get user and business requirements
• Draft user requirements for both technical and business users
• Coordinate both internal resources / stakeholders / vendors for smooth execution of projects and to meet timelines
• Interface with the customer for operations issues(pre-sales support, service delivery, after-sales support)
• Manage changes to projects include scope, schedule and costs
• Provide training and briefing sessions to users on deployed systems and applications

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree holder of Information Systems/Technology, Computer engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or Project Management
• Minimum 3 year of relevant experience in business solutions, project management of telecommunication/mobile applications, e-business, IT or/and telecom, Web
• Professional Project Management Certification from accredited intuition such as PMP, CCNP, ITIL, Scrum certification is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
• Clear knowledge of different agile methodologies and techniques
• Experience mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department
• Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
• Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
• Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship
• Strong relationship management skills for working in multicultural environment and with senior management and project managers of different styles
• Good analytical skills with a proactive mindset
• Good knowledge in various telecommunication products and services such as Voice, SMS Services, Call Center, Telco knowledge, Mobile APPs/Software Development Kit, Mobile Value Added services, Big Data, e-Commerce, OTTs Web development are preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese, Putonghua and English for communicating with senior management and project managers
