Responsibilities

1. Supervise the team and monitor the administration work of various projects for delivering the highest standard of services to our prestigious customers;
2. Responsible for the recruitment of site staff and ensure sufficient manpower for different projects;
3. Work closely with our Recruitment Team to develop different kinds of recruitment strategies and assess the hiring efficiency regularly;
4. Responsible for safety inspection to ensure all works are in compliance with statutory requirements;
5. Coordinate with our clients to ensure continual improvement.

Requirements

1. Diploma / Degree holder in Property Management / Business Administration or related disciplines;
2. Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience;
3. Good command of both English and Chinese;
4. Mature, self-motivated, presentable and excellent communication skill;
5. Willing to work under pressure and problem solving mindset;
6. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
7. Holder of driving license is preferable;
8. Conversant with statutory regulations and requirements in Hong Kong;
9. Immediate available
