Job Description

Our client, a leading FMCG retail company, is looking for a Data Analyst to help with their fast-growing CRM needs.

Responsibilities

Work across departments to understand business needs and provide data analytic solutions
Support the company's KPI reporting; fix errors on data analysis and illustration
Analyze customer data and present insights for business development
Support dashboard development based on business needs
Ensure smooth and consistent KPI reporting across different BUs

Requirements

Degree holder in computer science, data science or relevant disciplines
3 years or above experience in data analytics supported with project references, preferably obtained from relevant industries or business models (proven project experience obtained outside full-time working capacity is also considered)
Proven experience in data visualization (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI)
Proficient in Oracle, MySQL or MS SQL
Knowledge in R/Python is a plus
Good command of both Chinese and English
