Responsibilities:

Conduct quantitative analysis and data mining to support informed decisions and provide data-driven recommendations

Understand business needs and build visualized dashboards / reports from different data sources with automation in mind 

Define, document and translate business requirement into system specification

Exhibit a level of expertise in driving the data strategy for the company  

Lead in setting up, testing and on-going optimization of Business Intelligence tools

Requirements: 

3-5 years experience in data analytics 

Degree holder in Data Science, Computer Science or related disciplines; 

Good knowledge of Statistics, Report Visualization, Data Analysis and System Integration; 

Experience in BI / Reporting tools (Tableau preferred, but not must) 

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred

Good team spirit and work closely with team members 

Curious, with a focus of understanding the business objectives as well as the technology 

Passionate about data integrity with keen attention to accuracy and detail
