Job Description

• Assist and support with the teams for all job tasks related to proprietary system;
• Develop, maintain and update operation SOP of proprietary system;
• Daily documentation control and update;
• Coordinate with external vendors on system support and project management;
• Perform routine calculation and confirmation by month;
• Prepare and summarize reports for management team;
• Provide support of proprietary system and ad-hoc projects;
• Occasional travel to overseas may be required;
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• 2 year working experience in IT fields would be preferred. (Candidate with less experience or Fresh Graduate with good attitudes and willing to learn is also welcome.);
• Self-motivated and willing to learn;
• Good problem-solving and communication skills;
• Organized and able to plan effectively;
• Able to work independently or teamwork;
• Good analytical and self-initiated, attentive to details and problem focused;
• Familiar with system design/programming will be an advantage;
• Strong working knowledge of integrated e-Commerce, POS and CRM systems;
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Immediate available is preferred.
