Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the team to support Day to day Infrastructure support; Routine Network & System Operations; Change Management and Asset Management.
- Responsible promptly resolve all the IT Infrastructure related issues
- Ensure the Networking Equipment and Servers are running smoothly with predefined performance level
- Contribute in the Project Team as the Infrastructure Led for Hong Kong IT projects
- Participate in Information Security Committee as the Technical Led and implement related projects
- Develop continuous improvement and action plan on IT Infrastructure area
- Provide the regular IT Infrastructure Performance Report and Capacity Plan based on Business growth
Requirements:
- University/Polytechnic graduates in Information Technology discipline or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in IT Infrastructure experiences
- Solid experience extensive experience of IT Infrastructure and Network Security administration and support will be an advantage
- Hand-on experience in different Server Operation systems, Networking equipment and Security System is preferred

Knowledge in Cloud Platform and Technology such as AWS, Azure is an advantage
- Certificate in MCSE, ITIL and CISSP is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
