Job Description
Responsibilities:

Answering issues and requests in the areas of desktop computing, desktop applications, networking, remote access, telecommunications, and enterprise wide applications.

Quickly and accurately understand, diagnose and provide resolutions.

Set up PCs / Notebook with the required software and network access.
Requirements:

Diploma in technology or related discipline

Working knowledge in IT infrastructure / System administration

Desktop support and remote connectivity experience.

Familiarity with Microsoft

Excellent troubleshooting skills and able to follow process and procedure
