Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

  • To supervise the personnel team and ensure delivery of quality personnel services through formulating and reviewing standard requirements and administrative procedures for all human resources initiatives.

  • To supervise and account for the implementation of corporate human resources initiatives in areas such as manpower planning, recruitment and selection, staff discipline, performance management, compensation and benefits administration.

  • To assist in the development and enhancement of corporate human resources, staff relations, strategies and policies formulation.

  • To account for the implementation, development and enhancement of the HR computerized system so to support the delivery of quality personnel services.  

  • To keep abreast of latest market development and recommend improvements to existing policies and/or practices to management.

  • To maintain a close liaison with Labour Department and other personnel institutions so to ensure compliance with employment-related legislation and equality on HAS Compensation & Benefit terms and conditions.

  • To liaise closely with various section heads for the communication and implementation of human resources policies.

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.

  • Minimum 8 years experience in personnel field including 5 years at management level.

  • Conversant with the Employment Ordinance.

  • Proficiency in English and Chinese.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proactive with organizing and leadership skills.
