Responsibilities :- 

• Analyze business requirements and design system work-flow
• Write business requirement specification, user acceptance test cases and user
• manuals to support the system development life cycle.
• Perform system quality assurance tests.
• Prepare training materials and conduct user training
• Provide on-site user support during user acceptance test, parallel runs and go-live
• Research, resolve and communicate system issues in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare project status reports to management.

Requirement :-

• Minimum 2 years of experience in system implementation, user training and support
• Hands on experience in business process analysis 
• IT infrastructure knowledge would be an advantage
• Good communication skills in English. 
• Good interpersonal skills, presentation skills and able to work independently. 
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Analyst.
• Fresh Graduate will be considered
