Responsibilities:

• To assist in Training and Technical Services Unit in managing a live webcasting system to cover live media events and on-demand videos
• To assist in executing a mobile device management solution
• To manage enquiries about general computer and technical matters
•  To provide on-site trouble shooting
• To provide help desk services and offer assistance in operating the webcasting system and uploading edited videos
• To perform administrative duties

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in handling help desk hotline and operation of Windows system and Networking
• Experienced in Lotus Notes Mail System is preferred
• Experienced  in operating audio/video equipment will be an advantage

Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior IT Officer
